Our current sim "UFL" has served it's purpose and done a fine job, however the more we play the more major bugs we're finding. While these bugs don't kill game play that much they are a major drain on it (as you live coaches know.) The staff here at SFL have scouted out various other text based sims and come across "Front Office Football." Just my hands on demo time this program blows everything else I've dealt with out the water. I want to know your guys opinions on delaying season II to updated to FOF v.7.
PROS
CONS
Those are just the main pros/cons, there's a shit load of others. For anybody who would like to give the sim itself a test run here's the link to an official demo...

For anybody who actually has played hands on with our current sim (UFL) you'll see a major difference.
PROS
- Net Play! If you can get your hands on a copy ($30)
- Better stat keeping as well as the sim handles most of what SFL staff does by hand (Player of the week/game are just an example)
- More details on injuries (and they actually come back)
- Better details for live coaching games (can still be done on YIM)
- Improved box scores with more stats
- More accurate... well... everything!
- active FOF community allowing for more live coaches.
- Auto html exporting
CONS
- Season II will be pushed back even further.
- All season I stats will be lost according to the new sim, we will however keep track for HOF and such.
- Players who did great in season I may not be so hot in a new system.
- I'll have to transfer all the names and stats.
- To live GM directly through net play you MUST have your own copy of FOF ($30)
