"Fuck that loudmouth prick!" was all Mando QB Lem Rorex had to say when reporters polled SFL greats for reactions to the recent Hall of Fame enshrinement of perennial Rorex rival Dennis Colby.
"That little fuck needs to be in the hall of fame, all right, but not for the way he played. He needs to be in there for the way his goddamn mouth always gets him in trouble."
Longtime SFL fans will be familiar with the volatile relationship between the two SFL icons that frequently leads to violence between the two. Last season, an infamous "bad pass incident", in which Rorex "accidentally" struck Colby with a ball during game play, was televised on live TV as part of the SFL's regular broadcast. Some Cadaver fans are critical of the league for never sanctioning or penalizing Rorex for his actions, although Rorex has completed a league-recommended anger management course.
"The guy's only eligible because he quit. He said he didn't want to "Favre his career" or some shit like that, but I'm guessing he thinks if he's a coach I'll put up with his crap. Well, he ain't no Mando coach, so we'll just see where that shit gets him." Rorex concluded, then ended the interview.

DV: "FUCK THAT MOTHER FUCKER!" Colby screamed at the top of his lungs during a recent Cadaver press conference. "You know what I'm not going to retire! I'm gonna play for one more season despite my knee injury! Rolex wants to run his fucking mouth I'll fucking show him my playing got me me in the hall of fame. My Three championship rings, my 2 League MVP's and 2 Chilibowl MVP's proves that!" Several team members, including coach rYe and Season 4 MVP QB Thurman Cason, had to pull Colby from the mic. All time leading SFL wide out Jimbo Ebony followed him up.
"Um... yeah we have a really great team, and I guess with Dennis back we're unstoppable again!" Season 4 rookie of the year and short lived starting half back Daryl Bartlet agreed.
"Yeah it's great to have Dennis back on the roster, a talent his level gives us a four headed offense...." Colby at this point interrupted his partner in ground game.
"You know what I don't need to prove shit to anybody, I've already made my stake in the world of SFL Football! I'm retired again!"
"I'm sad to see Dennis come and go again that fast, but it's what he wants so I support that." Said coach rYe before Colby cut him off.
"NO! I'm still young... I can handle a little pain. I can handle these chumps and prove to the world I am the greatest ever!" Coach rYe followed Colby's shocker.
"I'm glad to see Dennis come and go then come again this fast, we'll surely go for another undefeated season with him in our back field. " Of course Colby jumped back onto the mic.
"I can't do it I'm hurting way to much, my body is sore from 400 carries a season. I need to hang it up before I turn into a back like the Bra'lers Grace. A sad sack of shit!" This time Cason followed Colby.
"I'm really excited to see what happens in the draf...."
"Seriously I gotta think about this, I'll let ya'll know if I'm playing or not before the season starts." Said Colby before coach rYe grabbed the mic to close the night out.
"I Think we're just gonna end this conference, thanks everybody go Cadavers!"

Ferndale - Footbrawlers star RB Derward Grace reacted to Cadavers RB Dennis Colby's antics at his press conference. Grace stated that he "really hopes" that Colby will come back for one more season so that he can prove that Colby is "washed up and more wishy washy than Favre himself".
Grace was also quoted as saying that "if Colby decides to play one more season, I will do everything I can to make sure it's a short season for him. I might even play a little linebacker here and there, especially in a game against the Cadavers. Dennis "Still In The Closet" Colby will have his mouth shut once and for all...believe that."
Grace went on to remind everyone of his 32 rushing TD's from last season along with 1400+ yds rushing...32 TD's being the current SFL record...one accolade Colby can't lay claim to. Grace promised to break his own TD record as well as his own personal best for rushing yards, saying that Colby's rushing record is in serious jeopardy for Season 5.
Looks like a whole new rivalry is about to start and end all in one season. Season 5 should be even more of a bloodbath than recent seasons, if that's possible.
